What does it mean to apply as a Referrer Member?

A Referrer, which can be an individual or business entity, can refer people in their individual capacity or as a company to a Professional or Merchant, because the Referrer believes that these Professionals or Merchants offer great quality services and or products.

For every successful referral through this REFRL Ecosystem that ends in a ‘closed’ and paid for business transaction between the Professional or Merchant and the person or entity that was referred, the Referrer will earn a REFRL REWRD, less costs.

The details of this referral fee can be found on each of the Professionals’ and Merchants’ REFRL profile page.

Costs as a Referrer to Join REFRL: FREE

Cost per successful business transaction (successful referral):

The listed REFRL REWRD (i.e.: R500 – 25% = R375. You need to provide REFRL with an invoice and you are responsible for the income tax on these REWRDS)

The REWRDS may also be as a % of the invoice amount, less your REFRL fee of 25%, less income tax)

(i.e.: Professional or Merchant says they will pay 15% of an invoice before VAT for a Successful, Paid transaction. The invoice value was example R5,000. The referral fee is thus 15% = R750 – 25% = R562,50)

There will be a minimum referral fee set at R100. Transaction fees of 25% on R100 is, R100 – 25% = R75.

You don’t actually have to do much.

Once you have registered successfully below, the REFRL administrators will qualify you and possibly ask some questions or require some uploads before you can start.

If you are successful, we will send your Unique Referral code as well as login details.

As eluded to, all REWRDS or as you know Referral Fees will be clearly indicated on each Professional or Merchant Profile Page.

It is important to know that REFRL will Only pay out REFRL REWRDS (Commissions or Spotters Fee, less tax), once all outstanding monies are paid over from a user and all outstanding fees are paid up from a Professional or Merchant.

REFRL (PTY) Ltd takes no responsibility for incorrect bank transfers if account information was provided incorrectly.

Please furnish us with a Bank stamped Letter indicating you as the owner or recipient of such account.

REFRL (PTY) Ltd will also not take any responsibility for the provision or payment of your income Tax on your referral fee as Commissions or Spotters fees.

We except no loss and we see the REFRL fees as full and final payment on every successful transaction.

By joining REFRL you simply advertise that you and your business approves of being part of a credible, vetted and approved team of Professionals.

Applying as a Professional member will expose your services and business to more potential customers. This REFRL Ecosystem specializes in allowing people to refer potential clients to you for a small referral fee paid by yourself. Look at it as investing in some one-on-one business marketing. You decide on what amount you wish to pay the Referrer if they successfully referred someone to you and it ends in you and REFRL obtaining a new client and new business.

By joining REFRL you simply advertise that you and your business approves of being part of a credible, vetted and approved team of Professionals.

REFRLPlatinum Membership:

Member to our REFRL voluntary buying Network.
Onboard between now and the end October 2022 and pay an Introductory Once off joining fee of only R3,999.
Important to know; that this fee can be recovered with just ONE or two successful Referrals and remains a GREAT investment.

Monthly Membership fees:

Applying as a Merchant/Vendor will expose your products and business to more potential customers. This system specializes in allowing people to refer potential clients to you for a small referral fee paid by yourself. You decide on what amount you wish to pay the Referrer if they successfully referred someone to you and it ends up in a sale. You obtain a new client and new business. This way you have your own “marketing agents” so to speak, working on commission only. You have nothing to loose!

As a Merchant joining REFRL you receive a basic Website and online eCommerce store.

The following REFRL memberships are up for grabs and may be changed, upgraded or expanded as needed.

REFRL Platinum Membership:

With the top choice and most popular membership you will enjoy the privileges of a basic Website and e-commerce webstore as extra on top of other privileges that the Ecosystem already provides.

The REFRL Ecosystem will be locked on all websites in order for consumers to search for professionals. The additional, extra features and benefits are available at an additional cost and a complete list can be made available for your perusal.

Membership Fees **
Introductory *** once off Membership fee that includes full registration, training and onboarding to our Ecosystem – R3,999.00. (Three Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine Rands Only).

*** This is an introductory offer is valid till end October 2022. Thereafter it will go up to R5,999.
For a small extra fee, our IT team can import your products and have YouTube training available for your staff.

Facts: Let us remind you, that just ONE extra Referral could pay for this Once off fee and is so worth it.

Your monthly subscriptions may also be paid for, purely from Referrals.

You will receive a welcome pack and some gifts including an identity, membership card as well as a proud members certificate to hang in your offices or study.

You will as eluded to also receive an activation link with a Username, Password and a Unique rereferral code.
Use this referral code for additional referrals that you think, could earn you extra REWRDS.

Your monthly membership subscription fee** will be R999.00 p/m. (Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine Rands Only).

To have such a subsidized website you need to sign up to a minimum of 12 (Twelve) months.

Those individuals or companies that wish to pay their 12 month subscriptions up front, can save 15%.

Monthly: R999 Up front x 12: R10,189 (Saving of R1,798).

The subsidized discounted rate goes first and foremost towards paying for your actual website as well as other costs which may include, but not limited to: the REFRL Ecosystem, automated payment gateway, courier administration costs as well as cloud hosting and 2 x support calls a month.

The subscription does not include or go towards any computer or I.T hardware, data or any other costs which may be needed to operate the website and the eCommerce side.

The fees do not include fulfilment costs or actual courier fees or any deliveries whatsoever.

We will provide the courier, payment gateway and the website backend facility however, REFRL is not associated in any way or form with service providers and as such can not be held responsible for bad service, delays, upgrades and or any loss whatsoever.

If made aware of any issues, REFRL will endeavor to take discussions further with the appointed service provider’s management and provide feedback.

The website and eCommerce facilities as well as intellectual property remains the property of REFRL (PTY) Ltd.

If any subscriptions are unpaid, REFRL will have the right to temporarily switch your website with eCommerce properties off and take no responsibility for business loss or any other loss.

REFRL Orange Membership:

Without website and eCommerce web-store:

This is available however, not recommended to a Merchant / Vendor as our users and Professionals need to order goods, materials and products on offer from you.

If you have an existing website, we need to investigate and see how we can integrate to your system. We may also be able to assist with an online e-commerce side if you do not have this facility. These integrations and API work will be charged for separately and a detailed quotation will be given for your attention.

Once again. The Orange Membership does not come with a website or online e-commerce shop.

This reward or spotters-fee is paid to the referrer once a successful transaction is ring-fenced (closed and paid for) using the REFRL Ecosystem.

REFRL will collect all funds using its Ecosystem. Earn 20% from the agreed to REFRL fee then pay the difference to the Merchant and the Referrer a their well deserved Reward.

As a Member, you will receive a personal thank you letter from our founder as well as a Membership Certificate to the REFRL Group.

2x Golf shirts with REFRL logo on the right Chest and your logo on the left chest (if uploaded). Alternatively, we will ask for hi-res logos. Yes, REFRL does take a small percentage of these transaction turnover however, you manage it and make 80% of the profits.

Just for information: The back-end, all technology, IP and systems are owned by REFRL. If for any reason you or your company decides to not be part of REFRL any longer, all these unfortunately get switched off and will no longer work. Sorry.

What does it mean to apply as a Supplier:

Applying as a Supplier will allow our Members in the form of Professionals and Merchants to search and find your Brand.

As an example.

A Professional Plumber quotes on certain product and will have the opportunity to use your brand. Could be an electrician or shopfitter or carpenter.

They choose to use your brand and to buy it from our online portals or from the nearest registered Merchant to their work site.

Obviously many examples, but at least get an opportunity to be used and your product bought.

Also stand a great chance to get your products selected when project users register their ‘tenders’.
